YOU ARE WHAT YOU WEAR
Psychologists have recently started studying a phenomenon they term “enclothed cognition” – the influence that the clothes we wear have on the way we think, feel, and behave. Studies have found, for example, that wearing a lab coat makes people significantly better at attention-based tests.
I have known this for a very long time. I wear certain clothes and designs and colors because of the way they make me feel. And, in turn, I know precisely how I hope that the clothes I design will make YOU feel: cool, clever, and cute.
COOL
Cool people are composed and confident. They are authentic and profoundly comfortable with who they are. They set trends rather than follow them.

CLEVER
I love clever words wherever I find them - books, online articles, advertising, cartoon captions, bumper stickers, printed T-shirts, and so on. Wit is to be treasured and enjoyed no matter what it's printed on.
CUTE
My artwork has whimsical, charming faces, and sometimes flowers, trees, and birds - all in bright, joyful colors. When you wear my designs, I hope you feel happy, beautiful, and a bit magical.
